Any Individuals receiving services from IntelliChoice or their caregivers/family are not eligible for compensation, as it would violate federal Anti-kickback laws.
Potential employees referred by multiple people will be credited to the first person who referred them on a first come first serve basis.
To receive the bonus, the staff must meet IntelliChoice’s hiring criteria and work 100 billable hours providing care for IntelliChoice clients. At that time, the newly hired RN/LPN will receive $500,and the active employee making the referral will receive $1,000. The 100 billable hours must be completed within 6 months of the hire date.
The referral program is for referring RNs & LPNs only. Nursing school graduates are not eligible to refer nurses from their own cohort if IntelliChoice conducted a Respiratory Workshop for their class. The sole exception to this rule is if it has been over six months since their latest nursing license was officially posted on the NCBON website.
Void anywhere where prohibited by law. If you are not an employee and are paid over $600.00 in referral bonuses for the calendar year,IntelliChoice will send you a Form 1099 as required by the IRS. Please consult your tax adviser for more information regarding your specific tax liability/situation.
If the RN or LPN that is referred is a current employee, or a previous employee of IntelliChoice in the past 2 years, the referral will be considered invalid. The referral must be made prior to IntelliChoice receiving an application from the candidate for the referral to be valid.
Current internal IntelliChoice Home Care employees and their family members are not eligible for the program.
Current External (ALL Field Staff performing direct patient care) are eligible to receive a bonus for referring RNs and LPNs.
Bonuses will be paid out within 30 days of the nurse referred completing 100 billable hours of employment with IntelliChoice. Each person must be an Active IntelliChoice employee to receive the bonus. Failure to maintain accurate contact information/working means of communication indemnifies IntelliChoice from the inability to pay the bonus based on failure to communicate with the referring person.
